The Monmouth Mission Statement by Salvatore T. Massaro, III, President and CEO

In the past eight years, we've developed one of the premiere computer scrap companies in the United States. Our goal is to continue our expansion by meeting the needs of our ever-expanding client base. No job is too big or too small, and no company too major or too minor for our facility. We ask only that you try us out. We will do everything in our power to deliver satisfaction.

But our service is based on more than promises -- we offer precision, care, and expertise. To harvest the riches of high-tech waste, for instance, we have developed an elaborate disassembly and sorting process. A normal scrapyard would just crush the machines like they crushed cars. They recover the steel, perhaps some aluminum and copper, but the lion's share of other materials are lost. Using the unique techniques we created at Monmouth, on the other hand, we are able to get the most out of computer scrap. We developed methods for separating literally hundreds of parts, and our technique for sorting boards by metal content and type has proved highly effective.

At the same time, we have developed techniques for dealing with toxic residues, including lead, that might contaminate groundwater if they were handled inappropriately or simply dumped.

I cannot tell you how proud we are to have used our entrepreneurial energy to make money for ourselves and our clients as we protect the environment. When I think of the old quote, "There's nothing certain in life except for death and taxes," I know my business customers will add a third element to the list -- computer upgrades. As sure as companies try to generate profit, they will continually replace obsolete machines. Monouth Wire & Computer Recycling, Inc., is there to help them recoup some money from the process and keep their waste from polluting the Earth.
